i know it's a little late and i recieved this ages ago but i wanted to do a little post of this months Glossybox. i love all of the contents and it might be my favourite box yet ! i love the leighton denny nail polish as well as the stila eyeliner but my favourite products were the dermalogica products especially the lip complex. i think it's amazing ! i have yet to try the other dermalogica products but i plan to soon and hopefully get a full review of all of the products posted. i also like the perfumes, sometimes i think they are a little hit and miss but i do really like the ones in this months box. i also like the little bag that was included as an added bonus and have immediately made it my essentials bag for in my everyday handbag.

apologies for not posting in awhile it's been a hectic two weeks. i've been promoted at work so have been very busy and very tired lately. as well as that i have other big news. I'm engaged !! I've just returned from an amazing trip to York with my boyfriend ( now fiance ) where he proposed extremely romantically. so it's been an exciting couple of days but i'm back and hopefully i can post alittle more regularly. i have a few posts lined up for the next couple of days so keep an eye out. anyway, York was amazing, i had never been before this trip and had heard alot of lovely things and i'm glad to say that all of them were true. it's a beautiful city with alot to do and well worth a break away if you have never been. i highly recommend it ! the whole city is beautiful with a good market and beautiful old buildings full of history. the shops are tiny but well worth squeezing into ! the minster is beautiful, the shambles is stunning and almost feels like a movie set, the people are lovely and i couldn't have asked for a better trip away with my lovely fiance ( ahh, still feels really weird )

i didn't realise i had this many hand creams ! (8 now 9) i get extremely dry hands and working with fabrics all day doesn't help. i'm a terrible nail biter, especially when i'm nervous. i'm constantly using hand creams and always carry one in my bag. i didn't realise i had so many until i was sorting out my products draw the other day ! i've also just bought this months Marie Claire which came with a lovely limited edition 30ml L'Occitane Hibiscus flower hand cream which means i now have another edition to my hand cream collection. i need to get a move on and use some of these up.

i've been through quite a few products this month and thought i'd share some of my favourites with you and also whether i'd repurchase them.

1# Rimmel Stay Matt pressed powder: i love this product and always always purchase it to apply over my foundation and keep my skin matt all day. i go through one of these every two months. repurchase? Always.

2# Sanctuary body wash: i made a conscious decision to use up some of my smaller body products and i actually recieved this in a set for christmas last year and i'm really bad for using my full size bottle products before my smaller sample sizes. i do love this and the smell is amazing ! repurchase? Yes.

3# Sanctuary body scrub: again another product recieved last christmas that hadn't been used up. i do like this product but i don't think that it's a enough scrub for me. i do love a good scrub packed with lots of lovely salts and what not and i just don't think this is packed with enough exfoliants. repurchase? No.

4# Tropic body smooth refreshing polish: i loveee this product although i wish the sample size was just a little bit better so i could get a better feel for how good it is. the smell is out of this world and it left my skin unbelievebly smooth. repurchase? Possibly.

5# Sanctuary salt scrub: i liked this and it was a much better exfoliant than the body scrub. the smell is like any sanctuary product and i can take it or leave it really. repurchase? Probably not, only because i feel the next product far exceeds it.

6# Spa Magik salt brushing: i have fallen totally in love with this product and i'm pretty surprised really as when i recieved it in my september glossy box i didn't think much of it when i first saw it but after using it i am a total fan ! the smell is out of this world ! and the scrub is amazing. it really exfoliates my skin and leaves my skin the smoothest ever ! repurchase? Yes Yes Yes.

i dragged my boyfriend to Judy's Vintage Fair this weekend as i was really looking forward to it and had it planned for ages ! The fair travels around the country selling unique and affordable vintage items. This weekend it was at Liverpool's Aintree Racecourse, the weather was awful but that didn't put me off. It was smaller than i expected it to be but still a good size and there was plenty to look at. I didn't purchase much, just a small vintage gold elephant brooch that i'll probably post at a later date. i would definitely reccomend checking out when the vintage fair is coming to your local area as it's certainly worth a look around.

i popped to Lush on Friday in the Trafford Centre and treated myself to a couple of things.

Bubblegum Flavoured Sugar Lip Scrub: i bought this for a bit of fun really and just to try it out. it smells and tastes amazing and it really does work. applied with your fingers and rubbed onto the lips to exfoliate and remove rough skin. the excess can be licked up and eaten too ! £4.95 per 25g pot.

The Godmother hand soap: i love this product, i've purchased it before because the smell is out of this world ! it lathers really well and leaves my hands soft and smelling great for ages ! £2.95 per 100g

i often get really dry hands especially after working with fabrics all week so when i saw this on escentual i decided to give it ago. it's a 60 second fix for dry hands that includes a hand recovery and hand therapy treatment.
#1. Hand Recovery Citron Honey and Coriander is a exfoliating scrub designed especially for the hand. it's a great fomula and doesn't feel abrasive on the skin. the smell is lovely and lingers for awhile.

#2. Hand Therapy Citron Honey and Coriander is a moisturising cream used after the hand recovery process. it is instantly soothing and softens the skin. it has the same smell as the recovery and you can feel the difference in softness of your hands straight away.
after this two step process i washed my hands with warm water and dried and really felt the difference in my hands. i think i'm going to use this 2 or 3 times a week to keep on top of my skin. the price was really reasonable at £8 and i even recieved a free nail file and 10% off my next order. i would definitely purchase this again and recommend it for anyone with similar problems.

can you believe that it is almost October? this month has flown by. i thought i would do my september favourites now as i'll be pretty busy over the next few days.

#1. 17 Nail Xtras matte top coat: i absolutely love this, i've wanted a matte top coat for awhile but didn't really want to pay a high price for it so when i went into boots a few days ago i made a point of looking for a reasonably priced matte top coat. i found this one: £2.99 ! and it was 3 for 2 so obviously i bought another nail polish. the application of this is very easy and the brush doesn't overload. it also works instantly and tries really quickly.

#2. Spa Magik Salt Brushing: this is my new favourite product ! i recieved this in my september glossy box and was a bit dubious at first but once i opened the packet, smelt the lovely citrus aroma and applied it to my legs i fell in love. it's a great scrub that isn't too harsh (although i wouldn't reccomend it for sensitive skin) it really exfoliates the skin and leaves it feeling super super soft. my legs have never looked and felt so good. they had a lovely sheen and looked glowing, they were also the smoothest they have ever been. i am definitely going to buy the full size of this product.

#3. Rimmel Extra Wow Lash: i really love this mascara as it's a build upon product for day to night lashes. even with the fewest of applications my lashes look full and seperated. this could be my new favourite mascara as it's just easy and has a great application with no clumping and creates lovely looking lashes.

#4. HD Brows: i think this product may be on a lot of bloggers september favourites as it really is an amazing product. i've never really taken much care of my eyebrows besides plucking and filling them in on a daily basis. when i found out this product was included in the september glossy box i was really excited to try it out. it's a lovely palette of four shades for eyebrows, eyeshadows and eyeliners, it's the perfect multipurpose product for eyes. i love how we recieved two kinds of aplicators all suited to each individual purpose. i am also extremely happy that i recieved the right shades for my hair colour as i know it was pretty much a lucky dip. i think the HD Brows is fast becoming a staple of my daily make up routine.

#5. Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask: i purchased this product in a lovely set from Liz Earle. I've been a huge fan of Liz Earle since my teens when my mum and boyfriends mum introduced me to the products. they are my absolute favourite skin care brand and use them on a daily basis. I purchased the Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask within the set because my skin often feels as though it needs rehydrating and i often patches of dry skin on my face. i use this product after my Liz Earle hot cloth cleanse and polish products. i apply a thick layer of this and leave it for 10-15 minutes. i can really tell which areas of my face really need the nourishment because after 15 minutes my skin has completely soaked in all of the mask in those particular areas. i then use the muslin cloth and warm water to wipe away any residue and afterwards my skin feels amazing, moisturised and soft. it's lightweight and non greasy so doesn't feel horrible on the skin, it's made from lovely natural ingrediants (like all Liz Earle products) and i highly reccomend it for people with similar skin to mine.

i recieved my BP box yesterday so thought i'd share it with you. i really like this box and think the products inside are really luxurious and are very different in comparison to what i got in my Glossy Box. i can see why people may think that this box is aimed towards the more mature and sophisticated lady but i really feel like all the products in my box will be very useful to me (besides the Cargo Boogie Nights Eye Pencil) i have already tried a few of the products and think i will definitely be buying the full size products. i love love love the Tropic Body Smooth, it smells amazing and feels really luxurious on the skin as well as making my skin feel supple and exfoliated. i also love the Macadamia Hair Repair, i used this on towel dried hair after a shower and then did my usual blow dry and i certainly noticed the difference, my hair felt much softer, especially on the ends. the Colbert MD eye cream seems good, and i think will come in handy when i have to do early mornings for work and apparently Kate Middleton uses it. ohh err, can't be too bad then. The Agent Provocateur perfume sample smelt ok but alittle strong and not really my thing, i like sweet, floral scents and this smells very heavy and almost musky. i haven't tried the other products as of yet but the Zoya nail polish isn't really my colour but i'll give it ago, i'm sure it will be lovely on. i recievied my first glossybox today ! i know every blogger is posting about their boxes at the moment but i wanted to throw my thoughts in too. i was really anxious about recieving my first box and after reading alot of good and bad reviews about this months box i was very nervous. i must say that it arrived in perfect condition and when i opened the box i actually said "oh wow" before even really knowing what was in it. the first impact is the beautiful packaging and the layers of wonderful things to unwrap. after seeing alot of the boxes on other blogs i had already sort of come up with an idea of what i would have liked to recieve and honestly, i received everything i wanted. i am more than happy with this months box ! i haven't actually had a chance to try anything out yet so reviews will probably come later this month. i can't wait to see what will be in next months box and also compare it to the boudoir privie box next week. anyway, here is what i recieved.

#1. Dead Sea Spa Magik: salt brushing. an exfoliant consisting of pure dead sea salts, vitamin E and coconut oil. i can't wait to use this, i've heard alot of great things about it.

#2. HD Brows: eye&brow palette. a multi use palette containing four matte eyebrow colours. doubling up as eyeshadow and eyeliner and are long lasting !

#3. Moa: the green balm. a handy little balm stuffed with organic loveliness. and has many wonderful uses. this was the product i wanted to recieve the most, i almost purchased it last week but decided not to as i had no money. i am so glad it has been included in this months box. i will be buying the larger version of this.

#4 Neal & Wolf: harmony intensive care treatment: a lovely luxurious hair conditioner that i can't wait to try.

#5. Plum by Mary Greenwell: eau de parfum. a sample size amount of lovely fragrance. it isn't really my thing but that doesn't bother me.

sanctuary hot cloth cleanser;

i posted quickly about these product here and thought i'd do a review of them as i've used them a couple of times since purchasing.

sanctuary brightening facial polishing hot cloth cleanser: i've been a lover of liz earle for years, and i swear by it. but sometimes i like to change it up a bit and try new cleansers so when i was in boots the other day and spotted that this was on offer i thought i'd give it a go. the offer was if you purchase any sanctuary face product you get the 100 ml 5 minute thermal detox mask free. (pretty good if you ask me) i started using sanctuary bath products a few years ago when my boyfriend's mum introduced me to it and i have loved it ever since. i don't think i'll love any face cleansing product more than i love liz earle but the consistency and creamy texture of this is almost identical to liz earle's hot cloth cleanse and polish. it has a weird earthy sort of smell, similar to liz earle and is applied in the exact same way, you even get the face cloth with this too. the sanctuary cleanser sinks into the skin quicker than the liz earle product but doesn't have the same sort of luxurious feel as the hot cloth cleanse and polish. i definitely noticed that my skin was softer and brighter after using this. it's in the same sort of price bracket as liz earle, i definitely feel as though it's good value for money and a worth while product if you fancy a change from any of your regular products.

100ml 5 minute thermal detox mask (free): i love face masks and use them once a week when my skin really needs a treat. i must say this product freaked me out alittle when i applied it, it's instantly very warm and feels quite unnatural (good though) it always makes me think of how these products actually work. its consists of warming charcoal that detoxs the skin, a 5 minute relaxation mask that should be left to cool naturally and then cleaned off with a warm cloth. it's a thick consistency and feels luxurious on the skin. i would definitely reccommend this for those of you who love a little pampering now again. i wouldn't use this everyday as i don't think you need too but definitely worth the buy considering it is free at the moment.

i've gone alittle crazier than normal with purchases this week and seeing as pay day isn't for another week it's bad. however, they are all justified. (yeah, right) ever since i've started working full time i feel like i need little pick me ups throughout the week. i don't think i will be spending much in the next week though, not until pay day that is. so here is the run down of what i've purchased over the last week.

#1. revlon 095 facets of fuchsia: i've seen this polish around the blogger world alot recently and have really wanted to try it. i went to boots after work yesterday and saw this and immediately loved the inital colour. i will say that it needs two coats for the full effect. i don't usually purchase revlon nail polishes but the application of this one is great but does need excess removed before applying to your nails to avoid overflow.

#2. rimmel pro super wear ultra shine top coat: i needed a new top coat polish and have always loved rimmel polishes in the past so decided to pick this up. i love this as it kept my nail polish chip free, shiny and it also has a max brush for really easy application. my nails get ruined extremely easily from my job so this product is absolutely perfect for keeping them tip top for agesss !

#3. lots of magazine subscriptions: elle, vogue and cosmopolitan.

#4. one day, david nicholls: i've wanted to read this book for absolutely ages and when i saw it on offer in tesco i had to pick it up. i'm not completely sure what it's all about but i can't wait to read it. i love a good book. have any of you read this? what are your views?

#5. sanctuary 2in1 moisturising butter scrub: i love anything sanctuary and i've been using this particular scrub in the shower everyday and have really seen a difference in the condition of my skin. unlike other scrubs which can be really rough this also has a lovely milky consistency which really moisturises the skin.

#6. aussie miracle moist conditioner: i love this! it leaves my hair super soft. aussie products have been a favourite of mine for awhile and i think the hair products are fantastic.

#7. rimmel extra wow lash: i needed a new mascara and this was in the 3 for 2 offer in boots so thought i'd give it a go. i have to say i really like this, it's simple. it doesn't clump and the applicator is easy to use. it's a 'build upon' product so you can create the desired lash look really easily. the first coat i applied gave me a really subtle minimalist look, a great day look. and then i applied a few more coats for a more dramatic look.

#8. w7 glitter nail polish in cosmic black: i purchased this from ebay a few days ago. i don't usually use black nail polishes but had to give it ago. i really love it. it's looks great and feels really glamourous. be warned though, it's not very easy to remove. like all glitter polishes it takes alittle bit of patience.

#9. sanctuary brightening facial polishing hot cloth cleanser and 5 minute thermal detox mask (free when bought with first product) i'm not going to go into these products too much because i will be doing a review post on them very soon. i will say they are definitely both worth a look. stay tuned.

lately i've become a real car boot addicted. i just love the aspect of finding something really speical or unique. i know most people must think i'm mad for going anywhere on a sunday morning but i actually love getting up and going out. i thought i'd share some photos of the huge boot sale i went to on sunday, it was the biggest and best car boot i've been to ever and really worth a look. although i didn't purchase anything this time (i should have bought some of the home made jam) i would really recommend Burscough car boot. i'm also hoping to go to a vintage fair in the area next month if i can get the time off work so expect lots of pictures and purchases from that too. know any good car boots in the north west? who else loves a good boot sale?

i apologise for my lack of posting this week. it's been a busy week. i've been working alot and when i'm not at work i'm asleep. i have managed to pick up a few things though so i thought i'd share those with you.

i've had my eye on these Vivienne Westwood orb earrings from Ebay for awhile now and finally decided to purchase them at the weekend. it was like christmas when they arrived, and i love them ! they are bigger than i thought so not really everyday earrings for me but i will definitely get the use out of them. there are lots of different types on Ebay, i got these for around £10. i also popped into town this week and picked up Inecto Pure Coconut spray which is a-mazing! i spray it onto towel dried hair and then blow dry, it smells gorgeous and really leaves my hair soft. i've also found that it tames frizz when i'm using my hairdryer and keep my hair tangle free for absolutely ages ! i would reccomend for sure. i also don't usually buy Marie Claire magazine but when i saw that the free goodies were good (Ciate paint pot and Dove intensive conditioner) i couldn't resist. i tried the colour, as you can see from the last picture, and it's ok. i was in a huge rush and i think it could do with two coats but oh well it's a lovely shimmery purple colour. i have yet to try the Dove conditioner but i'm pretty sure, like all Dove products, it will be lovely. and finally, another round of tasty treats from my weekly Graze box which i cannot wait to try, again as like last week if you would like the free box code please let me know.

Max Factor - Creamy Blush;

i love this product ! i bought this a few months ago from Boots as i needed a new blusher and no longer wanted to use a powder blush so i decided to try Max Factor's Miracle Touch Creamy Blush for £6.99, considering how long one small pot last me i thought it wasn't a bad price. As soon as i saw my first pot of blusher coming to an end i ran out and purchased another one. I bought it in the shade Soft Pink, i'm pretty sure from what i remember there were only 2 shades to choose from. i love the consistency of this product and just how easy it is to apply, i tend to apply it with a foundation brush and then blend in with my fingers (for me this gives the best results). The colour can actually be softened or hardened depending on how much you apply and i love how long it lasts, i'm not sure when i bought this product but i'm pretty sure it was around April/May time and i've just used the last possible bit of my first pot this morning. i love this product and don't think i'll be going back to powder any time soon.

i know most people know about Graze by now but i've wanted to join for a long time and finally got round to doing it last week when i got hold of an offer for my first box free. I was alittle skeptical at first about the whole process but i've been completely converted since recieving my first box this morning. i love how you can choose what you 'like' and 'love' and what you want to essentially 'bin' on the website so you know what ever is in your box it will be something that you wouldn't mind trying. You can also choose how many times a week you would like the Graze box and what day you want them to be delivered on.

i love how the whole box is presented beautifully and with considered thought, of course there is the surprise of finding out what is actually in your box and what goodies you have to try. Graze also provides you with the nutritional information of each product in your box. i also love how each box of goodies is individually sealed and can also be taken out of the initial packaging (good for me as i like to nibble at work).

when ever i purchase Liz Earle products i always buy the same things: Hot Cloth cleanse and polish, Instant Boost skin tonic and Skin Repair moisturiser but since i've gone full time at work my boyfriends mum thought i might need some 'pick me up' products so she ordered me a few goodies. Now i've been using Liz Earle for a long long time, it was first introduced to me by my mum in my teens when i had very troublesome skin. i dont use it every day because i like to savour it and really enjoy the benefits when i do use it. i find my skin gets used to products if i use them too often. anyway, i should really get to the part about products. as usual arriving beautifully packaged ( i love this about Liz Earle products) i recieved: Deep Cleansing Mask with two sponges, Intensive Nourishing treatment mask with two pure muslin cloths, the Brightening treatment mask and Eyebright soothing eye lotion. i've used the Brightening Treatment mask before and i really love it. it's a two minute process and really leaves your skin revitalised and brighter. it was my first time using the Deep Cleansing mask and Intensive Nourishing Treatment, i can honestly say i love them both, i don't think there is ever a product from Liz Earle i don't like. well, the cleansing mask was a real treat and i used it when i got home from work which helped me relax and left my skin feeling clean and calm. the intensive nourishing treatment mask was great too, i applied a thick layer to my face as well as some eyebright solution to cotton wool pads and sat back and relaxed for five minutes. ahh, bliss. my skin felt super moisturised and soft. i highly recommend any Liz Earle products if you have never used them, and if you have and find yourself always sticking to the same things, why not try some super indulgent products for yourself?

miracle concentrate;

pretty much everyone has blogged about this V05 miracle concentrate product so i really wanted to go out and buy it for myself and give it a go. i didn't really believe all the hype, i couldn't imagine a product that could leave your hair that soft after just one use and especially with only a few drops. but it really did leave my hair softer than ever and much more soft than any other product i've ever used. also, the pipette function is a really good idea, the product is contained and easily controllable. altogether i would definately recommend this product, you will notice the difference immediately, and it can be used on wet or dry hair depending on your ideal outcome.

if you haven't already bought this and want soft hair then in my opinion you would love it.

as always when i take a trip to my nearest Boots store i only intend to buy a couple of things and know exactly what i want, not this time. before i knew it i needed a basket and then the basket was full and i'd spent something like £35 (more on that to come in future posts). these two products (clean&clear: morning energy skin energising & skin brightening daily facial scrub) were amoung the many in my basket yesterday. i've never tried either of these products but Boots had an offer of 2 for £5 so i thought i'd give them a go and convinced myself i needed a new face scrub (even though i already have many). as always i open the tubes and like to see what the products smell like. these two smell amazing ! i already knew i was going to buy them at that moment. one claims to be a skin brightening scrub and the other a skin energising scrub. so far i've tried the skin brightening daily facial scrub and i love it! it smells amazing, has tiny exfoliating beeds that really make you feel like your are using a great exfoliant and afterwards my face felt much softer, cleaner and certainly looked brighter. and it really did give my skin a zingy feeling. they are oil free and contain lemon and papaya etracts as well as vitamin C and ginseng.

i'd recommend these products for sure !

i went to the market today and whilst there i spotted a small shop, a handmade soap shop, very similar to our famous friend Lush. I wasn't intending to buy anything but just like Lush the smell was too welcoming not to buy anything, so i purchased 2 bars of soap and 6 small bath bombs that were a sort of pick 'n' mix style choice. The first bar smells delicious and is made from Lavender, Rosemary, Eucalyptus and Pine and is called Landlocked Sea Soap. the second bar is the Addictive Soap, made from Chamomile and Ylang Ylang essential oils and contains a real slice of loofah and poppy seeds to exfoliate skin. The bars of soap were 2 for £5 which i think is pretty good, and all products can also be purchased at the online store here. i will definitely be returning to the store, it's a lovely place to pick up gifts or just the occasional treat for myself.

i bought these shoes a while ago from New Look for my graduation so they look a little worn now but I can honestly say they are the best shoes I own. they may not be the highest of heels but they are the most comfy and the easiest to walk in ever ! on a general day i'm more of a flat shoe girl ( for comfort ) but these are so amazing i've been wearing them all the time, and they look great on ( much better than in the pictures shown here. ) it's funny how something as simple as a pair of shoes can make you feel much more confident !

i wasn't sure what kind of post to do today but i've settled on a kind of quick book review of a couple of the books i've read this month, three of which i read on my week away. i highly recommend you read all of these books. i've never been a person who ever used to like to sit down and immerse myself in a book but lately i've not been able to put them down. my absolute favourite out of these six was JESSIE <3 NYC it's a lighthearted, easy read with some lovely moments throughout and i read this in one afternoon on my holiday as i just couldn't put it down. I also really enjoyed Nicole Riches' PRICELESS, a story of a rich socialite escaping New York after her father is arrested for fraud. The book shows Charlotte Williams starting a new life in New Orleans and her struggles to shake off her past and start a fresh but with an eerie twist towards the end this book is certainly interesting. all the books pictured here are well worth a read.

before my holiday i used the 50% e.l.f discount to purchase some goodies, when i arrived home yesterday i found a lovely big box of products on my bed. i have yet to test all of the items but i did try the mineral infused face primer which is lovely and non greasy and creates a great base for foundation. i have also tried the flawless finish foundation in Sand which is light and easy to apply. i can't wait to try the nail polishes and see how they work out. 10 items of make up for £15 isn't bad if you ask me. did you use your 50% off code?

McQueen being my all time favourite designer, i could have cried when i saw this article and immediately wished i were back in NYC just to see this exhibition alone. The exhibition runs until the beginning of August so if you are in New York i highly recommend you go and browse because you wont regret it. i haven't posted about my work progress in awhile so i thought i'd share my latest designs with you now. each design is from a different collection. each collection has about 8 designs and i'm working on about 6 collections. it's pretty hectic at the moment with uni work seeing as i only have a few weeks left to finish everything before my degree show. the weeks pass by so quickly and there are not enough hours in the day. i'm trying to keep up with posting as much as possible, stick around though and i'll post more progress soon.

so yeah, this week, Monday I was at uni all day, had my weekly tutorial and then was in the library for a good few hours researching. Done a hell of a lot of drawing this week, need to do a hell of a lot more too, shopping for flowers, mascara and got this lovely compact from boots on the 3 for 2 offer, the other two things were christmas presents for my mum and sister. I also began watching Friends again, it never gets old. Decided to organise myself alittle and sorted out all my magazines. Looking after my adorable dog Marley whilst mum is on her hols. Listening to the ipod, mostly Pixie Lott and Diana Vickers albums. So i've pretty much been confined to my room catching up on alot of uni work. Hope you all have a lovely weekend !

Paris day 4;

so the final post about my Paris trip and the final day, we didn't really get to do much as we only had about an hour before we had to go to the airport to catch our flight home. we just had a little trip to the arc de triomphe and took a couple of photos and took in the amount of traffic that whirls around, even at such an early hour ! Of course we did alittle bit of shopping on the champs elysees, i picked up the black satchel bag from h&m for under 25 euros. we came across a magazine store where i bought Paris Vogue amoung others. i also bought this really adorable, colourful bracelet with a tiny eiffel tower charm which i've been wearing ever since i got back. and of course, i had to try a macaroon before i went home which just so happened to be pink and delicious.

Paris day 3;

ahh so we're on to the 3rd day in Paris where me and my boyfriend decided to go to Disneyland for the day ! Up early, we hopped on the train which took about 45 minutes and we were there ! ahh it made me feel like i was 5 once again. we met characters, went on rides, grabbed some lunch and finished it off with some lovely ice cream. all in all a great day out of the city and into the magical world of Disney.

Tomorrow i'll post about our last day in Paris and our trip to the arc de triomphe as well as my little purchases from our wander along the champs elysess.

Paris day two;

so, here it is, the second installment of my Paris pictures from day two. we got up early, had breakfast and decided to walk the champs elysees, which was beautiful, autumn has really set in, but it was still very warm and not a cloud in the sky. after walking through the jardin des tuileries, which were stunning, we went to the louvre and checked out the amazing artwork including the mona lisa. after the louvre we walked along the river seine and across to the notre dame, where inside we lit two candles which was really nice and felt really symbollic. after alittle souvenir shopping and a spot of lunch we walked the entire trip back taking in everything around us and appreciating the beautifullll weather ! stay tuned for more tomorrow :)

i'm back ! and with lots of photos from my long weekend in Paris. Firstly, hello and welcome to all my new followers, thank you. Paris was amazing and more beautiful than i ever imagined ! the weather was perfect, the food was amazing, the days were too short and the weekend went too fast. i'm going to split my Paris posting up into 4 posts in the form of what i got up to each day i was there. so, here is the first of the 4 posts, as soon as we landed we transfered to our hotel got changed and walked to the eiffel tower. it was extremely busy but that didn't take away from the stunning views. the cute little souvenir shops on the 2nd level were great and we also grabbed a quick bite to eat whilst wandering around and soaking up all of Paris. After returning to the bottom we had a delicious ice cream and walked around the gardens that surround the tower. if you've ever been to Paris you'll know just how breath taking Paris is and if you've never been,why?!

you're crazy;) i highly recommend it.
